DELEGATE BOOKINGS

Where delegates fail to attend a booked course, no refund of any course fee will be available. If a booking for a course is cancelled within 5 days of the course, no refund of any course fee will be available. For cancellations made at least 5 days before the course, a refund of any course fee will be available minus an administrative fee of £10.

USE OF DATA

Personal data provided when creating or editing an account will be used to send information about courses and other events by email. Signing up to an account gives permission to receive such information.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data collected will be used in connection with events organised by the Company but will not be passed to third parties not involved in these events.

EXHIBITIONS AT EVENTS FOR GPs AND PRACTICE NURSES

Final details will be sent to exhibitors a week or so before the event(s). If the cost is being shared with another person, we will provide receipted invoices upon receipt of payments. Please note the full amount for exhibition space must be paid before the event(s). We accept cheques, credit cards, or electronic payments.

At the exhibition, we shall supply a table, two chairs, and lunch and/or refreshments for up to two. We shall also supply a detailed list of attendees.

Exhibition stand space includes attendance by up to two people from the company booking the space - therefore if two people have already attended the exhibition, it is not possible to 'change over' personnel. We regret we are unable to allow sharing of stand space by more than one company or subletting of space. However, representatives of agency/contract companies may share a stand with the company whose products they are promoting, providing only that company's products are being promoted on the stand. Also, stands may not be transferred to another company unless agreed in advance with Keynote Conferences.

Please also be advised that cancellations must be in writing and received by Keynote Conferences at least four weeks before the event, otherwise the exhibition space charge is payable in full.

COMMUNITY NURSE EXHIBITIONS

The above conditions apply other than the number of people attending per company is not restricted to two.
